2 CANS SLICED BAMBOO SHOOTS
2 CANS SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
1 JAR OF WHOLE MUSHROOMS
ABOUT 5-6 CELERY STALKS
SOY SAUCE
BEAD MOLASSES
CORNSTARCH (DISSOLVED IN COLD WATER)

BROWN MEAT IN SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL.(I USE A SLIVERSTONE PAN AND DON'T USE ANY OIL AT ALL)
CHOP THE ONION AND CELERY BROWN IN THE SAME OIL.
PLACE MEAT AND VEGGIES IN LARGE POT.
ADD 1/4 BOTTLE SOYSAUCE.
COVER MEAT WITH WATER PLUS 2-3 INCHES.
WHEN MEAT IS TENDER, ADD BAMBOO SHOOTS AND WATER CHESTNUTS.
WHEN ALL IS DONE ADD ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OF BEAD MOLASSES
THICKEN WITH CORNSTARCH

Serve over white rice
